Funefarm First known Success story. Where there’s a Will there’s a way!

15 year old William has been coming to the Funefarm as a student from NHS Marlborough House since the pilot of the first Motor Sport Scrutineering course in May 2008. By week two of the course we soon realised this particular student had something very special to offer despite being diagnosed with Aspergers at the
age of 14. In the early stages of his diagnosis there were undoubtedly problems for Will and his family to deal with. With the help from his family, Marlbough House and others Wills dark days are past. Here at the Funefarm we have seen a young guy build his confidence in all tasks he undertakes.

Throughout his time on the Fun E farm Will has changed dramatically into a confident thinker with a future. Even his parents cannot believe how much he has developed into a young adult with a very positive attitude. His communication with others has improved to the extent that he is now actively involved as a Role Model. Will has rightly earned this position by being awarded top student on the first pilot Motor sport Scrutineering course.

Wills self esteem has soared and he is now fully motivated himself. He has also shown us he has the ability to motivate others around him.

Will has been involved with pilot courses mentioned and he is also a regular student on the construction course. Will is very focused and hard working. He is a natural leader and in our opinion is going to be one of our Future Entrepreneurs.
Will is the inspiration for the creation of the Future Entrepreneurs initiatives proposed by the Funefarm. Well done Will, you’re a credit and inspiration to all young people.
